Attire Requirements
Ballet
Girls: Pink ballet slippers, pink ballet tights, black leotard, ANY color skirt. Hair should be in a ballet bun, preferably properly secured with bobby pins. Please see a YouTube tutorial if you need assistance.
Boys: Tighter black pants or shorts (so the legs can be easily seen), well fitted white t-shirt, black ballet slippers.
Hip Hop
Hip-Hop: NO shorts please! Leggings and sweatpants are a great option. Any type of non-profanity shirt. Hair MUST be pulled back out of face. Close toed shoes are required. No open toed shoes or boots please.
Contemporary
Contemporary: Leggings are preferable, any tighter fitting pants so instructor can see dancers lines. Any type non-profanity shirt. Hair must be pulled back & out of the face. Barefoot or half soles are permitted.
Jazz
Jazz: Leggings (preferably black) are best. No shorts, any style shirt (preferably tight fitting to see lines). Black jazz shoes are required. Hair must be pulled out of face.
Irish
Irish: Comfortable clothing with jazz shoes or ballet slippers are appropriate.
Salsa/Bachata:
Salsa/Bachata: non-restrictive clothing that allows for full range of motion. Leggings, leotard, tights, shorts, bodysuit, etc. Heels are NOT required but highly recommended. Jazz or ballet shoes required if not using heels. If wanting to purchase shoes recommended by instructor, please email.
